Please note: available until 5-12 May 2025 Unlock your body’s innate capacity to soothe, relax and heal itself through the gentle power of rebirthing breathwork. During a session, you will be guided into a breathwork cycle that will allow your body to access the physical, emotional or soul level releases it needs during your session. In Rebirthing Breathwork we replicate the breathing rhythm of a new-born baby, which is a gentle connected breathing rhythm designed to calm the nervous system. Rebirthing Breathwork can sometimes feel relaxing; at other times it may feel invigorating or uncomfortable, as the body uncovers and releases stuck energy, long-held patterns and physical and emotional pain. Rebirthing Breathwork sessions prioritise client safety and are conducted in a spirit of gentleness and surrender rather than pushing or forcing. Throughout the session you will be powerfully held and supported by Jo, an experienced Intuitive Guide, Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner, Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner who holds a non-judgmental and compassionate space for her clients to unfurl their innermost, fully-expressed selves. A Rebirthing Breathwork session will run for up to 2 hours, including introduction, breathing and integration. For a mobile session, I allow 2.5 hours in total, from arrival and set up, to the 2 hour session, and a short pack down. I will bring a small selection of instruments with me. Prior to the session, please set up your space, including a flat mat on the ground (yoga mat or small mattress), pillows, blanket, and space for me to sit, place my instruments and move around. While a single Rebirthing Breathwork session has the potential to positively and powerfully impact your life, a 10-session package is recommended for those looking to overcome a particular challenge or who are looking to make long-term positive changes in their lives.
