Intuitive embodiment sessions open us up to accessing the wisdom that is available when we slow down, turn inwards, and access the part of us that “just knows”. Intuitive work could be right for you if you are seeking to make changes in your life but are looking for support, guidance or seeking additional trust in yourself to do so. They're also great if you are going through a challenging time and need a non-judgmental and compassionate witness to gently help you recalibrate. In an Intuitive Embodiment session, we will work together with your energy body and soul to help you navigate any challenges you may be facing in a gentle, loving and compassionate way. A session may involve any of the following: *an energetic assessment of the energy centres (chakras) in the body *inner child work *shadow work *forgiveness and compassion practices *channelled guidance from ascended masters or universal consciousness *intuitive writing *journey mapping *practical spiritual guidance *short breathwork exercises or embodiment practices *vocal activations *sound healing *grounding practices *guided meditation or relaxation processes …and so much more. Intuitive sessions help us get to the heart of issues we are not able to solve with our logical minds. Intuitive work unfolds uniquely in every session, according to your needs and the alchemy that is created when two people set an intention to work together for a specific purpose or time. Intuitive embodiment sessions are only available online, however face-to-face sessions may be available on request, so please email me if that is your preference.
